The 401K Committee was created to establish cost saving opportunities in relation to individual state 401k retirement accounts. By combining the consortium of several state retirement plans (with a current collective asset level of over $15 million), the group regularly qualifies for discounted participant fees and associated administrative cost. The 401k Committee consistently generates savings for both employer and participant, and has done so since its inception several years ago. Heritage Seubert Financial is the committee’s current account manager. They are very active with participating committee members, and are available upon request for individual on-site visits. Heritage Seubert encourages annual face to face meetings, and are always willing to assist plan participants in the managing of their personal account. Most recently, the committee has agreed to transition from Voya Financial to Empower Retirement (previously known as Great West). The 401k committee meets twice per year in conjunction with One Calls of America’s annual spring and fall meetings.
